This is because discrimination often feels very personal. It is a good idea to talk with a family member or friend about what you are going through at work and how it is making you feel. They can give you both emotional support as well as help you explore how to resolve the issue. You could talk to someone on the WEN site who has been through a similar experience. This section seeks to highlight the options available to women who are experiencing problems at work such as harassment, discrimination or a threat of dismissal or redundancy.
