I am a trans person and have been in the same job throughout my gender reassignment process. Since my transition my manager has sidelined and ignored me. What can I do? You should not be treated any differently because you are a trans person. If your manager is treating you less favourably because of your gender reassignment, for example not giving you work or not promoting you, it is discrimination.


I am a trans person. Some of my colleagues use abusive language about my gender identity at work. I am very distressed by the things they have said. This is harassment relating to gender identity.
